1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of Listella, an app operated by Double Vibe Studio. By using Listella, you agree to these terms.

The Listella Privacy Policy explains how data is processed when you use the app.

2. About Listella

Listella is a shopping list and productivity app. It helps you create lists, manage items, use a personal catalog, share lists, and use optional Pro features.

You may use local-only features without an account. Signing in is required for cloud sync, shared lists, and other account-based features.

3. Eligibility

Listella is not intended for children under 13. You are responsible for complying with local laws when using the app.

4. Accounts

An account is optional for local-only use and required for cloud and shared features. When you use an account, you are responsible for maintaining access to it and for providing accurate information where required. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact support.

5. User Content

You keep ownership of the shopping list content, notes, custom products, and other content you add to Listella.

You give Double Vibe Studio permission to process that content only as needed to operate Listella features, including saving, syncing, sharing, support, security, and backups. You are responsible for the content you add.

6. Shared Lists

Invited or accepted members may see and edit shared-list content according to the app's current sharing behavior. Do not add private or sensitive information to shared lists unless you are comfortable sharing it with those members.

7. Built-In Catalog and Templates

Built-in catalog entries are neutral templates to help create shopping lists. Listella does not sell, ship, promote, or facilitate purchase of physical products.

If age-restricted examples exist in templates, they are list examples only and are not sales or promotion. You are responsible for complying with local laws.

8. Voice Input

Voice input is optional when enabled. You are responsible for what you dictate. Voice processing may depend on device or OS speech recognition services.

9. Ads, Pro, and Subscriptions

  • The free version may show native, interstitial, or other ad formats.
  • Pro or subscription purchases are processed through Google Play or the App Store, depending on platform.
  • RevenueCat may manage subscription and entitlement access.
  • Cancellations, renewals, billing, and refunds are handled under the applicable store's policies.
  • Deleting a Listella account does not cancel a store subscription. You must manage or cancel it separately through the applicable store.
  • Features, availability, and prices may change over time.

10. Acceptable Use

Do not use Listella to:

  • Break the law or encourage unlawful activity.
  • Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the service.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
  • Abuse sharing, invites, or other users.
  • Upload, send, or store malicious or harmful content.

11. Availability and Changes

Listella may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Sync, shared-list collaboration, ads, billing, and other service availability are not guaranteed.

12. Disclaimers

Listella is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that lists, catalog templates, sync, ads, purchases, or services will be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, or error-free.

Listella is not intended for legal, medical, safety-critical, emergency, or other high-risk use.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Double Vibe Studio will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of Listella.

14. Termination

Access to Listella may be limited or suspended if these terms are violated, the service is abused, or action is needed to protect users, systems, or data.

You may delete your signed-in Listella account using the in-app deletion control. See Delete Your Listella Account and Data for steps, retained-data information, and support options. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription purchased through an app store.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as Listella changes. The updated terms will show a new effective or last updated date.
