Listella
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
1. Introduction
Double Vibe Studio operates Listella. Listella is a shopping list app for personal and shared shopping lists.
This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed, why it is used, and what choices are available. For privacy questions, contact listella@doublevibestudio.com.
You can use Listella in local-only mode without creating an account. Signing in is required for cloud sync, shared lists, and other account-based features.
2. Data We Process
| Category | Examples | Why it is used |
|---|---|---|
| Account information | Email address, authentication identifiers, user ID, and optional display name or avatar. Google sign-in may provide profile name and avatar information. | Sign-in, account access, security, profiles, and cloud sync. |
| Shopping list content | List names, items, quantities, checked or completed state, and notes. | Saving, displaying, syncing, and managing shopping lists. |
| Shared list data | Memberships, invite codes and status, user or profile identifiers, and collaborator-facing display names or avatars. | Shared-list collaboration and invite handling. |
| Personal catalog and custom products | Items you save, create, edit, or use often. | Quick Add, personal product suggestions, and catalog reset controls. |
| Device and local app data | Local lists, settings, catalog data, app preferences, and operational logs on your device. | Running Listella without an account and remembering your settings. Local-only data stays on the device unless you sign in and use cloud or shared features. |
| Cloud sync data | Signed-in list and catalog data stored through Supabase. | Syncing across devices and supporting shared lists. |
| Voice input data | Speech processed through microphone and device or OS speech recognition. | Turning optional voice input into shopping list items. |
| Push notification data | Push tokens, notification settings, and related device identifiers if enabled. | Sending shared-list notifications. |
| Purchase and entitlement data | Subscription status, purchase identifiers, and entitlement state. | Providing and restoring Pro access through the applicable app store and RevenueCat. |
| Advertising data | Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, ad interaction data, and data needed to load, measure, and protect ads. | Showing native, interstitial, banner-like, or similar ad formats to eligible free users through Google Mobile Ads or AdMob. Listella applies product-side eligibility and frequency controls. |
| Diagnostics and support data | On-device operational or development logs, support logs you voluntarily export, server-side security and account-deletion events, screenshots, or messages you send to support. | Debugging, support, security, and app improvement. |
3. Why We Use Data
- Authenticate accounts and keep account access working.
- Save, display, and sync shopping lists and personal catalog data.
- Enable shared-list collaboration, memberships, and invitations.
- Restore signed-in data across devices.
- Handle Pro subscription entitlement state.
- Show ads to free users.
- Provide support, debugging, fraud prevention, and security.
- Understand and improve app reliability and behavior.
4. Third-Party Services
Listella uses service providers to operate app features. These providers may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
- Supabase for authentication, database storage, and cloud sync.
- Google for optional Google sign-in and profile information supplied through that sign-in method.
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob for ads in the free version.
- Google Play or the App Store for billing and subscriptions, depending on platform.
- RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management.
- Device or OS speech recognition services for optional voice input.
- Push notification services if notifications are enabled for shared list activity.
5. User-Entered Sensitive Content
You choose what you add to your shopping lists. Shopping list content can include sensitive or personal information. Avoid adding information you do not want stored, synced, or shared with invited list members.
6. Sharing
- Shared lists may be visible to invited or accepted members, who may be able to view or edit shared content according to the app's current sharing behavior. Display names, avatars, and activity attribution may also be visible in shared-list contexts.
- Service providers may process data as needed to operate Listella.
- Data may be disclosed if required by law, to protect rights or security, or to investigate misuse.
7. Retention
- Local data stays on your device until you delete or reset it, uninstall the app, or clear app data.
- Cloud data may be kept while your account or cloud features are active. Authenticated in-app account deletion removes or scrubs personal cloud data controlled by Listella.
- On-device operational logs remain on the device subject to app size limits until the app or OS clears them, the app is uninstalled, or device app data is removed. Voluntarily exported support logs and support correspondence may be retained as needed to handle the request.
- Billing and entitlement records may be retained by Google Play, the App Store, and RevenueCat according to their own policies.
- Limited Auth, backup, server security, deletion-event, dispute, or legal-compliance records may be retained where permitted or required.
8. User Choices and Controls
- Reset local app data in Listella settings.
- Reset the personal catalog in Listella settings.
- Delete cloud data or delete a signed-in account from Listella settings.
- If you cannot access the app, contact listella@doublevibestudio.com. Support must verify account control before manual deletion.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions through the applicable app store.
- Manage ad privacy choices through device settings where available.
- Manage notification permissions through your OS settings.
9. Account and Data Deletion
Signed-in users can delete their Listella account and associated app data from Listella settings. The authenticated process removes or scrubs personal cloud data controlled by Listella, removes the user from shared lists owned by others, deactivates and scrubs lists owned by the deleting user, disables or soft-deletes the Auth account, signs the user out, and resets local app data after verified server success.
Data owned by other users may remain with the deleting user's attribution removed. Limited security, audit, backup, store billing, RevenueCat entitlement, and support records may also remain as described above. Account deletion does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; subscriptions must be cancelled through the applicable store. See the Delete Account and Data page for instructions and support options.
10. Security
We use service providers and technical measures designed to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Listella is not intended for children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child provided personal data through Listella, contact us at listella@doublevibestudio.com.
12. International Processing
Data may be processed in countries where Double Vibe Studio and its service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your country.
13. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as Listella changes. The updated policy will show a new effective or last updated date.
