Delete Your Listella Account and Data
You can request deletion of your Listella account and associated data by email.
How to Request Deletion
Email listella@doublevibestudio.com with the recommended subject: Listella account deletion request.
Please include:
- The email address associated with your Listella account.
- Whether you want cloud data deletion, an account deletion request, or both.
- Any relevant details that can help verify the request.
- If possible, send the request from the same email address used for your Listella account.
Current In-App Controls
- Reset local app data.
- Reset your personal catalog.
- Delete cloud data where available.
Important Current Limitation
Full automated Supabase Auth account deletion is not yet available in the Listella app. You can request account or data deletion by email, but deletion is not instant and the current app does not automatically delete every account record.
What May Be Deleted
Depending on your account state, ownership, and role in shared lists, deletion may include:
- Owned or synced Listella cloud data where available.
- Personal catalog and custom product data where available.
- Shared-list membership and invite data where available, depending on ownership or role.
What May Be Retained
- Google Play and RevenueCat billing, subscription, and entitlement records according to their policies.
- Records required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
- Backup copies for a limited time where applicable.
Response Time
We aim to respond within 30 days.
Deleting the App
Deleting Listella from a device does not automatically delete cloud account data. Use the in-app controls where available or email the request above.
