Delete Your Listella Account and Data

Signed-in users can permanently delete their Listella account and associated app data from inside Listella.

Delete Your Account in Listella

  1. Open Listella.
  2. Sign in to the account you want to delete, if needed.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Open the account and data section.
  5. Select Delete account and data.
  6. Review and confirm both deletion prompts.

The deletion request is authenticated with your signed-in session. Do not send your password to Double Vibe Studio or anyone else.

What Account Deletion Does

  • Removes or scrubs personal cloud account data controlled by Listella.
  • Removes shared-list memberships, invites, profile details, push tokens, and related app records where applicable.
  • Deactivates and scrubs shared lists owned by the deleting user.
  • Disables or soft-deletes the Listella authentication account.
  • Signs the user out.
  • Resets local Listella app data only after the server confirms that account deletion succeeded.

Shared Lists

Lists and items owned by other users may remain so their data is not damaged. The deleting user is removed from those lists, and their attribution is removed where applicable. Shared lists owned by the deleting user are deactivated and scrubbed.

Subscriptions Must Be Cancelled Separately

Deleting a Listella account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription through the applicable store account. Store billing and RevenueCat entitlement records are separate from the Listella account.

What May Be Retained

  • App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat billing, subscription, and entitlement history according to their policies and legal duties.
  • Limited authentication, security, audit, deletion-event, fraud prevention, dispute, or legal-compliance records.
  • Backup copies for a limited period where applicable.
  • Support correspondence if the user contacted support.
  • Data in lists owned by other users, with the deleting user's attribution removed where applicable.

If You Cannot Access the App

Contact listella@doublevibestudio.com for help. Support must verify that you control the account before a manual deletion can be performed. An email address by itself is not sufficient verification, and support will never ask for your password.

Deleting the App

Deleting Listella from a device does not automatically delete cloud account data or cancel a store subscription. Use the authenticated in-app deletion steps above.
